Depends.
If you boil it, no. If it's spicy shrimp or beef flavored, no.
If it's chicken ramen and you cook it by pouring boiling water over it and eating it when it's only half cooked, yes, that's how I singlehandedly kept the ramen companies in business from the time I was 4 until I turned 14.

Perhaps that's why I'm the height of your average 9 year old
