Memorial Day Visitor! Help!

I am located in Salem OR. Yesterday, while enjoying Memorial Day celebrations, a random chicken joined us. Our gate had been opened earlier in the day, but we are unsure of exactly how/when it joined us. I am constantly checking the local missing boards to see if anyone is looking for it.

Healthy, bug-free, normal poo. Skittish, but calm as soon as I get my hands on it.

Can you guys help me identify? In the two photos it is the black and white chick. Is it a chick? A Bantam? Any guesses at breed/gender? Any help is appreciated.

It’s a silver laced Wyandotte, not sure about gender
