Messed-Up Eggs... :/

A lot of chickens lay the really tiny eggs when they first start laying. Sometimes one of my older hens will even lay one when she lays her first egg after stopping for a molt. It's nothing to worry about. It just takes time to get everything working properly, internally. After that, young chickens usually lay a pullet egg, a smaller egg than you are used to, but still in the normal range. Eventually, they'll lay full sized eggs.

Hopefully, your chicken that's laying the egg without the shell will get past that, soon. I wouldn't worry if they are just starting to lay.
