You can get liquid naicin or brewers yeast to add to their food. Purina Flockraiser has the neccessary vitamins needed. Standard chicken food doesn't have what they need. You can also add Sav A Chic to the water which will help. As for the brace it depends on what the actually state of the duck is and how old. They don't really make leg braces for ducks so it usually takes some creativity. You can use toilet paper rolls cut down to size and taped in place with vet wrap and make a sling for him to sit in while his legs straight out. Best if you can post a picture so we can see what the issue is. If he can't stand you may need to splint and brace his legs straight and then put him in the sling so he can sit upright but this means you will have to keep watch over him and make sure he can't drown in water or get too hot under a heat lamp.
