I adopted two pet quality Show Kings yesterday. They will live in a modified rabbit hutch with a large attached aviary. Last night I kept them cooped, up, however. I am hoping that they'll get comfortable in the hutch and know its their home. They dumped their food dish over last night. Is it ok to just leave them in there all day to settle in the hutch and to eat the spilled food like a chicken or quail would? I'm at work now and can't see how they are coping but I can have a family member refill their dish if that's the better way. There was a terrible thunder and lightening storm last night. I hope they're calm after a day of big changes.
