messy looking chicken bottom

i am just paranoid, since my poor rooster basically keeled over and died..that was so bizarre!
i appreciate all the great advice i haven gotten thus far!

well he was really congested and was coughing...the feed store said to give him this antibiotic in his water..it didnt help and the next morning, he just stood in one place and when i went to pick him up, he started foaming at the mouth and convulsing! it was so awful to see and i feel so bad because he was fine the day before..i just dont know what it was.

doesnt look like it but when i saw her all dirty and everything like he was, i was like "great!"

Just keep and eye on them all, Hope that whatever he had was just him and didnt spread to the others. How many days has it been since he died ?

its been 4 days. i almost wonder if he was poisoned somehow but then again, the other chickens would be sick too.

I would say that you would be seeing signs from the others by now if they were going to be sick !! Your lucky !! There could of just been somthing wrong with him (inside) that made him die !!

Giving antibiotics in the water may have caused diarrhea which is causing the "Pasty Butt".
