Messy rear

One of my chickens has a very messy rear end. Any idea what is causing this, or how to fix? Should I get rid of it before it affects the other hens? Thanks

A sulfur based feedstore cream called Nustock works well as well as other antifungal creams (monistat.) The use of plain yogert or probiotics, as well as adding apple cider vinegar 1/2 per gallon to the water will help.
