Messy water play

My chicks love to play with water and it gets worse as they get older. They are 5 weeks now and it is an awful mess!
By play, I mean scratch at the waterer between drinks til they have emptied it into their bedding
it's a mess
I have to change their water and bedding constantly
what are you folks doing to reduce the water play??

I would suggest a nipple waterer!

Mine did the same thing, and now that they have their nipple waterer, everything is clean! Folks on here can tell you more about them
