What would you offer on this metal shed? It is 10' x 16 ' feet, no door. Bolts together, but getting rusty as you can probably tell from the picture.

I think it would be quite useful. I will likely weld on some hinges and make some big folding doors. It will be perfect for my future peafowl. I don't want to lowball. It has been up for sale for over a month at 300$. I can probably either bank on the fact that it was sold and the listing isn't gone, or it hasn't sold and maybe I can get it for cheap just to get it out of the way.

I agree with FLchickens; &150 is a reasonable price for a shed in that condition.

I was going to suggest $150 even before reading your thread and just reading the title and looking at the pics. I think although $150 is half of what they wanted, it is more than reasonable for a rusty, no door having shed. Sssh, don't tell them what you plan on doing with it

I would offer $150 for the initial offer but I would pay about $200 max for it. Does it have a floor?

Thanks. I definitely need some input on where to shoot for price wise. I do need to figure out the logistics of disassembly and moving it, so hopefully I can plan with the seller to look it over and see it firsthand. I bet it is heavy, oye.

Edit: not sure if it has a floor, doesn't look like it, and it isn't mentioned in the ad.
