i had some ducks in my cart and i accidently pressed confirm my purchase but i did not enter a credit card number or anything. then i exited out of the program and i now i cant find my ducks in my cart or anywhere else.

I've had that happen, I would call them, they can look it up and see if it processed.

I wouldn't worry about it...you can do that on any site ordering anything....if no payment processes the order was just cancelled...they won't even know.
