I had bad luck with the health of my ducks from Metzer, but that is literally my life. ALL my animals have health issues, except for one duck. I ordered three ducklings, one came with a deformed bill and another was diagnosed with epilepsy. I contacted Metzer about the duckling with the bill, they were very nice about it and offered to ship two replacements but that would have put me above my desired limit. So good customer service, but I somehow ended up with two ducklings with problems.

Both are well. B is doing well since starting the Pheno and I have been trying to reduce it while starting the new supplement so fingers crossed!

I think I just had bad luck with the ducks I got. If I order more in the future I'll return to Metzer.

Great news I hope the supplement works. I prefer natural over chemical any day.

I've made both of my orders through them. First order was 7 ducklings and the second was just 3, but both orders arrived happy and healthy.

I got 10 female ducklings from Metzer in October 2013. They arrived in 2 days to VA and were all healthy no extra. This year I got 6 goslings they arrived healthy in 2 days and they are one month old now and doing fine. I bought 6 straight run mixed goslings and got 2 white Chinese and 4 Embden?. They charged $15. extra for a heat pack,etc. There was no heat pack and all the holes were open on the box and since it was July they did not need any heat. Grogel is included at no extra charge on all orders now and they had already eaten all of it. Hoffman Hatchery sold out early They let you order 4 goslings or 6 ducklings without extra charges. By the time my order arrived snail mail to Metzer on 6/17 they were almost sold out. of goslings for the year.

Greetings everyone so these are my three Sebastopol goslings, French Toulouse and American buff.They shipped in two days from Metzer farms and all are doing well so far.I will keep updating as they grow. I am so curious how the Sebastopols will look as adults. Does anyone have any pictures of any adult Sebastopols purchased from Metzer farms?

@rvilla your new babies are adorable! Makes me wish I could have geese, look at those sweet faces. I would try posting this in the geese forum, this one is in the duck forum. You might have better luck with this there. Sweet picture though!!
