Meyer Hatchery Chicken pics anyone??

When I had an issue with this, I was told they'd be flat by morning.
That's what I'm thinking. In parrots, I know to check in 3-4 hrs...but chickens, well, I'm not so sure! I will check 1st thing in the morning and see how flat they are. If not, then we will be doing some sour crop management.

These girls will be 16 weeks old tomorrow!

. Had to share this pic of my new rooster I named jack. I just love him. I bought him from Myers in January as a day old peep.

They get cuter every day! I'm hoping Meyer's lists their Cream Legbars for my hatchday today...not holding my breath though!

Update on my babies this morning.... I just went to wake them up & Coco's crop is completely flat, while Brownie's was just a tiny bulge, but he was back over at the feed dish loading up! I must have caught them last night as they finished eating for the evening & that's why their crops were so large. Usually they have stopped eating either long before or after I go "tuck them in". Glad it doesn't appear to be anything to worry about! They must be having (or getting ready for) a growth spurt!
