Meyer Hatchery Chicken pics anyone??

Here are my 2 Olive Egger's from Meyer's. They were hatched April 1st. So about 12 or 13 weeks old.

#1 with a tail...what's up with that tail?

#2 Just one picture, she wasn't cooperating very well.

I love guessing. Keep in mind this is a completely uneducated guess. Lol.
Coco-girl; Brownie-boy.
That is completely what I think based on behavior. Brownie is ALWAYS on alert & "herds" Coco to safety. Coco is very submissive. I do have a back-up home for Brownie if he, in fact, turns out to be a roo. The 10 yo girl that lives there is going to LOVE wagging him around ;)

Help guys! my EE pullet is very aggressive. She is only 5 or 6 weeks old but chases the other girls and my cochin roo. She won't let me catch her and pecks at me if I try. What do I do? I have 2 young kids and aggressive birds have no place in my coop. :(

You might want to wait and see if she settles down. My Dellie was crazy at that age and made me nervous. She's still a little nuts but no pecking. Lol.
If you are set on not keeping her, I would start the rehoming process. Should be easy to give away or even sell a pullet. Check your local thread and put an ad up in the buy-sell-trade section. Good luck.

[quote "MamaShell" I just love her coloring! At 14 1/2 weeks, these girls don't look like they are ready to lay but, "Jed/Jem" has been trying out the nest boxes and is getting redder each day. She is a much darker red than she appears In this photo. Could she lay this early?
Oh, they're cute!! That lacing is really pretty. The last pic looks like my RIR?? Is that a Buff
Jed/Jem is a RIR, not a GB. I posted her photo because I am wondering if she is about to lay her first egg and I wanted everyone else's opinion. Sorry for the confusion. For the longest time I thought she was a rooster, but, lately have realized that she is more likely an early maturing hen.

Noble Nancy Very cute... what do you have? I think I see a bunch of Buff Brahma?? Is that an OE in the first pic??
we have seventy layers 7 buff brahma 5 welsummers 6 buff orpingtons 5 australorps 6 buff orpingtons 10 Leanns adopt me bargain 3 Easter eggers lots of barred rocks and one dominique first pic is a black Australorp in all 70 and 250 meat birds from tsc so 320 in all!!
Holy cow! That's a lot of chickens!! Obviously, you are a little more than a backyard chicken keeper! How and when did you get started??
