Meyer Hatchery Chicken pics anyone??

I have NEVER hatched before. This will be the first time. I will have about 14 eggs. My incubator should be here today. I will update. I will probably need as much help as I can get!
Well, I have never hatched before myself, but I imagine there are a few on here that can advise you. When or if I do hatch, I probably will use one of the small Brinsea incubators. What kind of incubator are you getting?

Oh yeah, I almost forgot... My Lynn skelter is looking better:
Nice, they're slowly climbing to the top! I love it in silver too.

Just ordered from them again for my 2nd time.
Yay, whatcha getting?

So it looks like the decision has been made, no matter if the city decides to build up our land or not, we're going to switch over to the 10 x 12 shed and tear down the old coop!!!

We're going out to Lowes later today to buy some wood and other stuff to get busy on the roosts and floor!!!

My 7 month old Partridge Rock who has not even been laying long has decided to become broody. I am not ready to hatch chicks right now so I will have to break her of it. I have a small cage to put her in but it is too darn cold to separate her from the other hens right now, so I'll have to wait until it warms up.

Partridge Rocks go broody "infrequently", guess she forgot to read that on the Meyers website. I keep moving her off the nest throughout the day, but she always ends up going right back.

Should be on the way to the local post office! Hope they call before closing so my girls don't have to sit overnight! They will be in a heated warehouse if they do, but I'd rather have them home.

Oh no! We just found the lighter one next to the mystery chick dead in the brooder. :(
She has always been wobbly but she has lasted so long and was doing ok earlier it was a surprise to find her. I hope that's the last one, but our silver spangled hamburg is also wobbly and has been a worry from the start so I won't be totally surprised to find it dead tomorrow or the next day.

Awww, I'm so sorry. Maybe give the other wobbly one some extra fluids/vitamins by dropper?

So exciting but I know nothing about hatching. Hopefully you can teach a few of us :)

Maybe she'll hatch eggs for you next year if she keeps going broody?
