So adorable!!! I was thinking Easter Egger or Ameraucana. They also look a little like Dark Cornish or Dorkings. Were they grab bag/ Leeann's Adopt Me Bargains? Was there no shipping label?

They say on the Meyer's website that they get two side by side single combs and they develop slowly. Not sure if you can tell what type of comb your chicks have?I have 5 EE in the same batch and these are small statured and have golden yellow legs. I never considered Sicilian Buttercups. Thanks for the reply
I had 4 Bargain babies, 5 EE, 1 Black Copper Marans, 3 Buckeyes. I've Identified the EE, Black Copper Marans, but I can't decide on the last 5. No 3 are alike to be the buckeyes. 1 of my bargains is a crested polish and 1 a blue ameracauna .If
If we knew the assortment it came from it would narrow it down

I'm stumped! I thought the last pic looked like a wheaten ameraucana but this pic does not. Maybe we can tell in another week or two.
thanks I love to take pics so there will be more. Right now they appear single combed but when they are little it's hard to tell. I was lucky and all mine arrived alive and healthy but they were only in USPS hands for less than 24 hoursThey say on the Meyer's website that they get two side by side single combs and they develop slowly. I had a Buttercup in my last order, but it didn't survive the shipping, it died a few hours after I received them. I wouldn't mind having one, I look forward to pics of yours as they grow. (If that's what they are or if not)
And what about egg storage? Can I still use my LynnSkelter when there are fertilized eggs? It's not warm enough in the house for any kind of embryo development, right?
I don't know, I think it would be cool to wake up to hatching chicks climbing off the skelter onto the counter.![]()
