Meyer Hatchery Chicken pics anyone??

New Meyer chick pics anyone??
Group shots: And then I've been a little concerned about Blossom, because she is only half the size of the other two-week-old chicks. She doesn't seem to be sickly. Then I got to thinking maybe I got a bantam on accident, but Meyer doesn't offer Bantam BLRW on their site, so I doubt she is that. But doesn't she seem small to you guys? She seems healthy enough. Most of them had pasty butt on and off for a while, including her. But they have all gotten over that now. But I noticed that even her wings are smaller, with less feathering. Maybe Wyandottes are a slow developing breed?
I have 3 Delawares and one had pasty butt more than the others and she was tiny - about half the size of the largest one. I named her Midge because of it. Now, at a year old, I can barely tell her apart from the others. I am sure she will catch up!

I'm pretty sure these are my 2 delawares, and the third is my last EE? agree?

2 blue cochins, Holy feathered feet on these guys!

These 3 girls ALL have lightly feathered feet... SO one of them must be a mystery chick. 2 are the blue copper Marans (hen and roo) and the last is ? I'm pretty sure the one below is the unknown, but I'm wondering if they threw in a third Marans as my mystery chick! That would rock :)

Marans? lightly feathered legs

And these last 4 do not have feathered legs. I think they are my barred rocks and Olive Egger chicks! I don't know which are which though, so tips would be helpful!

Thanks in advance!!!
From another strand: These are my MPC chicks that arrived 3/24 (hatched 3/23) all healthy! And super cute!

Oh! They are so cute!! I'm so bad at this...I've misidentified my chicks every time. Lol. But I know the barred rocks should have a dot on the top of their heads. But anything with the barring gene will also, such as a cuckoo marans. Give it a few days and post some new pics. Somebody here will figure it out.

Think it was a couple low temp days. The weather has been so up and down. Most look like the made it till day 15 or so. Three looked like they almost started to break through. Im totally getting a better incubator my next try.

It's a bit of $$$ but i love my brinsea Eco 20 with the autoturn cradle. I add water and let it go it's so worth saving up for it. I have had close to 100% hatch rates on fertile eggs.

That's the one I've had my eye on! Good to know you like it. I tried to talk myself into the mini, but who hatches 7 eggs?? Haven't told my DH yet, but think I may sell my current one first. It'll make the new purchase easier to handle...LOL!

Lol!! You would have such a better experience! Once you add up how much you sell chicks for you would be surprised at how quick it would pay for itself

Well Mondays are Meyer chick birthdays, so I took more photos yesterday.

They are now three and four weeks old.

At four weeks, the blue splash Marans are getting to the awkward stage, but they are still pretty fluffy.

This is Aggie in the front:

And this is Peppermint:

So far they are easy to tell apart, because Peppermint has always been whiter, and Aggie yellower. I hope I have more to go on when Aggie loses her yellow down, because I don't really want to put rings on their feathered legs. Actually, Peppermint's legs have a lot more feathering, so maybe that will always be the difference.

Now for the three week olds (plus Gloria, who is 3 1/2 weeks):

This is Gloria, the Appenzeller Spitzhauben.

Gloria and Elizabeth, the Rhode Island Red:

More Elizabeth

Her tail is huge! But her comb is still pullet size, right? Gosh, I hope so... I have never had a straight comb chick before now. Hers does seem bigger than the rest.

This is Corabeth, the Olive Egger.

I think according to the Meyer site, she would be one of their "Ameraucana"-Marans crosses, so does that mean she will have a straight comb, a pea comb, or something in between?

And here is the "runt", Blossom, my Blue Laced Red Wyandotte (black laced version)
With Corabeth, to give an idea of the size difference:

She really still has no tail to speak of.

I love her face!

She is definitely growing, just a lot slower. Here are some side shots to compare her changes in the past week.

This week (3weeks old):

And at two weeks old:

Really, just a tiny bit of size difference, but you can see that her wing tips extend back a little further. I've noticed that the other three week olds' wing tips meet under the tail in back. I guess as long as she's not wasting away, she must be fine.

I really like how her wings look like a Monarch butterfly.

Fingers crossed they are all still pullets!

Lovely little ladies! The awkward stage is funny. Two of our girls are starting to look quite shaggy at 3 weeks with feathers coming in on their backs, chests and sides. Aww look at those precious splash feathered feet! I wouldn't worry about Elizabeth, our White Rock has a big tail and a comb of about the same size as yours (more noticable that her sisters but not too big) WR and RIR both mature quickly. Our Brahama continues to be a bruiser, the White Rock is long, lanky and most feathered and the Welsummer looks the least changed, maybe a touch more svelte chipmunk with petite highly detailed wings that can't carry her as high as her sisters and no tail to speak of. It's all normal :)

Awww, thanks for posting the chick pics! They're all so cute, but the BLRW still in the fluffy stage is adorable. Some of the pictures of her wing tips make them look really grey, not dark black, and I thought that was how you can tell color on the babies--I hope she turns out to be blue laced for you! I can't wait to see how your Olive Egger grows up, too. I would get one if I could be guaranteed an Ameraucana mix rather than a Legbar mix--for some reason the tiny mohawk crest on the legbars doesn't really appeal to me, even though I love the rest of their coloring and their eggs look so pretty. I wonder if your Corabeth will turn out to be all black, or something else. So cute! You have a great mix.

Shaggy is right- too funny!

I hope you are right about Elizabeth. It doesn't surprise me about your White Rock, because I have a barred rock hen, and I have always though her comb was the biggest, out of my other hens, which are Orpingtons and Australorp.

When do we get to see more photos of your babies?
