Meyer hatchery- Over hatch +hatching eggs

I went to MT to visit my son, I brought home 11 (some NN)hatching eggs. 10 at lock down. I looked up Meyer this AM. Last min. they had female hens in an over hatch $2.98 each. I bought 15 +MM and flock protector, to go with the eggs I have currently hatching. I will post what I get.

Of the 10 eggs, 6 chicks out so far, 2 pips, 3 eggs quit.

This is the over hatch chicks. 3 kinds. 6 RIR, 5 bo, 6 barred rock. Nice they are all girls. Plus a free rooster. More selection would be nicer. But it was a good price.

When I opened the box there was sad peeps. They got their beaks dipped in yolk water, and put in the brooder. Then happy peeps. Below with the other chicks.
