So they are 1 week old today. I lost 4 within the first couple days which is understandable. Hoping the last 16 make it to adulthood

Not yet. I feel like I have a white cochin and a light brahma

think I see a couple RIR ?? Love Meyer Hatchery. I have ordered from them twice, all females and all my girls are incredible egg layers

Glad to hear you've had a good experience with Meyer! I have never ordered chicks before but I have 6 meat birds and the free "meal maker" chick on order from Meyer for September. We are picking them up since we live in Ohio.

I'll be watching as your little chicks grow! That variety pack is such a cool thing. I wish I could do that, but right now my flock is pretty full. Have fun with your chicks!

Yeah I'm thinking three RIR but not 100% sure

2 week update! Everyone seems to be doing great. Feathers are coming in nicely I think the 2 feather feet babies are light brahmas

I think maybe a barred rock and the blue one might be an Andalusian! Love the progression pics! Keep ‘em coming each week! I hope you did get a Brahma, my chick has such a nice disposition!
