MEYER's White Pearl Production Leghorns HELP!!! Need Advice

I have 3 leghorn/RIR mixes...my favorite chick, Henna, is one of them. When I pick her up and put her against my chest she just puts her head down and closes her eyes while I pet her head. They're 4 weeks old and they are about twice the size of my NH Red and RIR.

Pearl White Leghorns are very good layers of white eggs. I have one and she lays a large white egg every day. They are flightly and will avoid you if they can.
