Mice in baby chicks home

We built a new home for our baby chicks and just found out there was two mice in the coop and the feeder is right new to the chicks heat lamp were they sleep we caught one and the other one got away if the mice eat the food and the chickens eats it what will happen and the baby chick that is around 2 weeks old kill that small mice what will happen if the mice live there forever!!

It's not likely a 2 week old chick could/would kill a mouse. Mice are dirty animals and often carry disease, parasites, etc. I would be diligent in trying to trap and kill the mouse/mice. There are plenty of chicken/pet safe traps available commercially and many DIY trap instructions available on the web.
