I hope to get my chickenstock photos develope as soon as I get the roll of film left taken. It was nice seeing everyone again.

In the picture CricketYang and two more BYCers, that was me, my dad and my daughter. We had a nice time talking with others about chickens, thank you all at chickenstock. Also, thank you Hillbilly Hen for post the pictures. We just got the news my dad only has three months and he wanted to spend some time with me, so I decided to take him to the chickenstock and he loved it. I can now put this in our scrapbook that I am making for my family... Thank you again

I'm so sorry about your dad, tsparrow. My prayers are with you and your family.

I have a friend who can do some wonderful hand painting on glass objects, I found a very small j ar, the type with the rubber gasket and clamp down lid, Im going to ask her if she can do something with baby chicks on it for me, Im sure she can.
I may just take my paints and brushes up to her place and see if she can show me how, then I'll do it myself!! either way, I'll post the results here so everyone can see.

Im so sorry to hear that tsparrow, prayers sent your way. Im still working thru the loss of a father I never really had, he was a bitter angry man who didn't like anybody around. Managed to get him to Jesus tho on his death bed and have that peace in my heart anyway. Take lots of photos and keep his memory close to your heart.

Thank you for the prayers. He had chickens when he was a kid, so when I got into chickens he was excited, he loves the fresh eggs. I love the turkeys and peacocks and the bantans. Don't get me wrong, I love the fresh eggs also. My husband made eggs from our chickens for the first time last year and I couldn't believe the coloring. I love going to the swaps and seeing all of the chickens, this was my second swap and everyone was very friendly and hopeful. I can't wait to go again. Next time I need to sell some we have to many chicks, we did good or should I say the hen did a good job.
