Michigan Chickenstock 2014 - attendance

Hi Michiganders! Just wanted to pop in and say Happy Chickenstocking!!

I will not be able to attend after all. I have to work a charity poker event for football that night, thought I could still do both. Then yesterday found out the final baseball game and picnic and awards was going to be that morning. Now I just got an email that they need me to volunteer a few hrs doing concessions for Relay for Life that day.

How could everything be scheduled for the same day? I'm so bummed.
 
I may be able to make it with my wife if I can change my schedule at work, I will know more in a few weeks. I am new to this site but have been raising poultry for several years in Northwest Michigan.

Hello Gary, @Fosmorefarm ! We have a mutual friend (Fred), and I would very much enjoy meeting you in person! I do hope you can make it!!
 
I was just at Freds on Saturday and picked up some young Rhode Island Red roosters to grow out and probably select one or two to keep for breeding.
