thanks I absolutly love to scarpbook when I have the time... ok I scrapbook alot, I was just thinking about doing some chicken pages or chicken checkbook covers but just looking for the interest first

You can change my statis from "tentative" to "definitely" as I would not miss out on your marans for anything, Wynette! Also, I'm bringing Diatomaceous Earth, DE, Fossil Shell Flour, whatever you wanna call it. I buy in bulk and can afford to baggie up a pound or fifty.

By the way... deviled quail eggs sound very very good.

NO WAY, Boyd! Okay, you have to spill the beans on this person at chickenstock!

I'll change your attendance status now, 19sarah90!

AND - folks, listen up!!! SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT II: Freebie is generously offering a free dozen EE hatching eggs to the person that has the closest guess to how many folks will be attending Chickenstock! When you stop to pick up your nametag, you can also put your guess on a sheet of paper; whoever guesses the closest to the number of attendees receives the prize! We'll cut off guessing after lunch. OH, goodness - that's a lot to plan and worry about until August! I sure hope it all works out, as I've love to meet you!

I'm not a big shopper, but Frankenmuth is the most fun place I know of, but it's a good 1 1/2 hours or more from Lansing. I know there's a big mall over there...I met Heidi there once, but I don't recall the name of it. But if you have the time, Frankenmuth is really a must-see. It's a small, Bavarian village, it's just gorgeous, and has interesting and unique stores!
