Question?! I was going to go to birthday bash(concerts) with the wife (weather permitting) but it wasn't when I got up this morning. Good thing we didn't go, as the river flooded the fairgrounds and parking.... which leads to my question. Is there a pavallion there in case of inclement weather?

I quit celebrating birthdays 5 years ago. I tell the kids now a days that they want to say happy bday thats fine, no presents, no cards, no parties......... sigh, they got me on my 30th, and I am thinking they are going to be evil to me on my 40th ...
