Not so much stinky (the cage has a tray below which is easy to clean) but noisy. When they sleep, they are quiet, but when they wake up, it's as if they are breaking hibernation in their quest for food and water.

I dont have any of them, but do have wild in my freezer. Its mostly tail and back/chest feathers. Reason in freezer is there is some little flesh attached. But unthaw and pluck. Beautiful feathers.
