For anyone that wants beautiful blue eggs, and lots of them, I still have my Arkansas Blues - they are egg machines, and very feed efficient birds that lay large eggs. Always happy to share eggs.

Not going to do it. I just got excited when I saw LO eggs available. Impulse control is not in my vocabulary.
Work also helped in a way. My hours were cut before X-mas. No one can live on 16 hours/week. 3 guys quit last week and 1 more this week. Despite being short-handed and not having any new applicants, I can't get approved for more hours. It's crazy to me but I'm not privy to management logic.

Lots of catching up to do for me. Anyway a late Happy New Year if I missed saying that. Super busy even though it cold out. Looking forward to warmer, maple sap drawing weather and boiling over wood! Cant wait...

I agree with John...looking forward to tapping some trees soon. Today was fairly warm and felt almost spring like. Or in other words it's a muddy mess here. I'm sure that we are in for some nasty winter weather to come.

Yes, for years we've held a pot-luck and swap at a nice park on the west side of Lansing, in June. Obviously cancelled in 2020, and still uncertain for 2021. It may be too early, at least until fall. Here's hoping we can meet this year!
