Snow started at 4pm, and already it's coming down really heavy! Got all outside chores done, so inside it is!
Only four eggs today, birds are offended because they are separated into breeding groups. Going to check a couple of today's eggs for fertility too.

I noticed it too! Seems a bit unusual.

Had one lightning sighting, close, and haven't noticed any others. But I'm inside, made banana bread, and DH has the TV on.
Nice wet snow, sticking to branches, will there be power outages?!

Yup bad weather here too. Bouts of rain and slushy snow. I know someone about 30 miles from me lost power. She’s a young mom whose husband is out of town. Poor lady is in distress. If the roads weren’t so bad we’d take her one of our spare generators.
