Region is totally fine, I'm in Southwest Michigan. I used to live over in Brighton, and I always wanted to visit MiGardener in Port Huron... Maybe one of these days, I'll make it out there.

Chickenstock is in Lansing, at Delta Mills Park. Yep, it's a potluck and if we don't have bad HPAI, there are usually birds to trade. I'm a bit awkward, too, but it's really nice to be able to talk freely about chickens to other people whose eyes don't glaze over

Ok I'll tell... I'm from Southeast Michigan...And I ago to Geyer's farm auction in Williamston about once a year to sell my birds. I remember someone on here, I think @Folly's place, mentioning that she goes there as well Lansing is not a super far drive from us I would absolutely love to go to Chickenstock. I've never talked to people like me who truly have a chicken passion and can make two-way conversations with me about chickens I bet my relative @ilovemybabychickies will come too

We do, here on the west side, it's been snowing and blowing all day! The birds were out for a little bit this morning, but by 2:00, they were all nestled in their run. I don't think they'll be out tomorrow!

Talkin, you'll be fine. We all have one thing in common... we love chickens. I'm near Lansing, surrounded by Potterville and Holt. Sweet little village.
Love my chickens, but I do have a great bunch of friends. My x co workers from Mervyns. We still get together every month for lunch, and sometimes in between.

Hey Ya'll! here I am! Thanks for inviting me! I am from Michigan too! Go Lions!!!!!!! The weather right now is 13 degrees and about an inch of snow last night! Woohoo! I love snow! The ticks are gone now! I can go in the woods now without being attacked by them! lol have a great day people!
