Well ya could... I mean, I still totally believe you can wash the color off the egg if you catch it as soon as the hen poops it out..
When the bloom on a brown egg is wet the color is easily smeared often exposing the white shell. On very dark eggs this is more pronounced.

I've picked straw off my green eggs and found blue underneath, does that count?

Eggs that are green are blue shelled eggs with a bit of brown pigment on the outside. The actual shell color is blue (as seen on the inside when you crack the egg open). Blue shells are caused by a dominant allele, while white is recessive.

Ducks First 8 weeks 22 lbs per bird
Gamebirds First 8 weeks 9 lbs per bird
Feeding amounts for laying birds:

Chickens 1.5 lbs per bird per week
Turkeys 4 – 5 lbs per bird per week
Geese 3 lbs per bird per week
Gamebirds 1 – 1.5 lbs per bird per week
