Frozen eggs present no problems at all. In fact one method of dealing with excess eggs is crack eggs into a plastic freezer container, scramble them, and then freeze for later use.

You beat me to it...
You can also scramble eggs and pour them into ice cube trays then freeze.
After they are frozen, remove them from the tray and place in a freezer bag or container.
Use them later for cooking, baking or whatever you like.

He was driving in my old neighborhood, so just very curious where he lives and who he is!! He was following me and turned behind me and then I lost him. Either went to gas station or Cracker Barrel. Was waiting to see if he was going to TSC!

Guess I'll have to wait until Chickenstock to find out who he is!

Opa, and Raz, thanks for the reply. If the eggs freeze completely in the shell, will they crack?
My duck eggs do crack if they freeze. Mostly I toss them if that happens.
If they freeze and crack the shell, why not just make an omelet?
At worse if you don't want to eat them you can feed them back to the chickens or your dogs. No sense in wasting them.

I spoke too soon. We had a bunch of frozen/cracked eggs today in nesting box. Usually my Buff Orpington sits on eggs pretending to be broody, and keeps them warm for a little while, but she wasn't in the mood today obviously.
She is so funny. We thought she went broody, so put some fertile eggs under her a few weeks ago. She had been sitting on eggs for e few days when we went to collect them.
She sat for about 36 hours, then she left them to get cold, and sat on fresh eggs laid that morning in a different nesting box.
Go figure...

Earlier today my son David called asking that I pick him and his wife up at a local garage. Fortunately they were only a short distance from there when is truck blew a spark plug and they were able to limp on in for repair. Unfortunately the truck won't be fixed until Monday or Tuesday so they needed me to pick them up.

After transferring some essential items to my truck they brought me home and then went on to their house. Then just a little while ago, for the first time since before gun season, a deer waltzes into to the yard. As I sit watching a wide 6 point feed on the windfall apples I had dumped about 40 yards behind the house a second deer decides to join him. This one was a tall 4 point and with the nonchalance they exhibited they must have known that my muzzleloader was locked in my truck 10 miles away.
