how did the tests go today Raz? well I hope.

was a lovely day here in the 50's, got a lot done, now I am tired. will be in Kalamazoo tomorrow with DH for a black powder festival of sort, all kinds of period type stuff. people walking around in costume from 1800's fun place to people watch
Nova was doing a weekly recap about the same time that the old thread was shut down. I think that was why so many people moved to FB.

Test went well, just have to wait for them to read it and the doctor to make his comments. Sure would have liked a cigarette afterwards though.

It is supposed to get to 50 today and then a low of 20 overnight. I hope so just to get the sap flowing. And I have a couple more totes of firewood staged that I'd rather burn than re-stack. So much to get done before the surgery. I'm not sure how much the heart cath is going to slow me down. That one is Thursday. It seems odd to have to have a surgery so you can have a surgery.

I have heard that if you take frequent saunas when you give up smoking it helps eliminate the nicotine from your body much more quickly. Maybe a hot tub would also work? Probably doesn't do much for the behavioral cravings, though. Maybe a rubber band on your wrist - snap it hard every time you even THINK of a cigarette.

Sure is nice to get outdoors and do some yard work and such. Anyone else feel like it's the time of year you feel like your busier than a cat covering poo in a gravel pit?lol.

God morning! Raz, hope all goes well, and glad you gave up the cigarettes! I'm in the spring flock rearranging phase right now; planning on chicks, broody hens starting to develop, and extra roosters who need to move on. A porcelain Belgian d'Uccle, two millie fleurs, and a Marek's vaccinated Wyandotte, blue laced red breeding, but the buff laced coloring, who should produce blue laced when bred to black. All nice polite boys. Anyone? It's cloudy today so no new photos, but from last year.

The last photo is of a pullet, same coloring as the rooster. Better pictures soon! Mary
