Michigan Thread - all are welcome!

I did manage to organize some of our tools recently and got started on a "shadow board" concept.
What are those cutouts made of and how attached?
Would be cool if they could be moved.

I actually put tools away after using them today, not my usual habit...
...wonder if it will last :gig

I need to get my garage sorted and organized. More than half of it is crap from my Mom's house. I have 100's of pieces of old Hull pottery that I need to sell. Plus a truck load of crafting supplies, knick-knacks, and other old lady "treasures". I was hoping to have a huge Memorial Day weekend garage sale. Not so sure that the lock-down will be over by then.

Congrats on getting those tools put up today! 😆

It is just white con-tact paper. Laid the tool down on it, traced it, and cut out the shape. They can be pulled off and re-stuck a few times before they lose their original adhesiveness. I wanted to be able to move them, too.

Another neat idea I saw (but didnt try) was spraying the pegboard with chalkboard paint, then tracing the outline of the tool on with chalk. If a tool is moved, the chalk can be erased.

I like the way you think!!

If you want to get rid of the crafting supplies soon, you can probably donate them to a nursing home.
The Orioles are eating me out of grape jelly. Had to refill their feeder yesterday and I see that it's empty again. I have quite a few hanging around. So cool to watch. Haven't seen any hummers yet, but don't have anything right now to attract them. Will be putting out the hummer feeder in the next few days.

I should show that to my brother and wife, maybe later on when we're not so much at risk, then she'll have organize the garage at Mom's house so that its a hell of a lot more organized. That and maybe get after him about getting his corvette running. Don't think its moved in 2 years and it's starting to become a parts bench.

Orioles have def arrived here on this rainy Thursday! Still haven't seen any brown-headed cowbirds or hummers. I like the drip-drop call the cowbirds make, even though I know they are nest-stealers.
