Michigan Thread - all are welcome!

Someone told me I looked like a runner. (It was at Gazelle Sports where I was trying to find shoes that didn't hurt my feet.) I told her I was once in a mixed age/gender group, and we all had to run a short distance. I outran the old man with the cane.

A common sentiment!

DH was not (very) abusive to his body as a youngster. But he said recently, "WTF was I thinking, carrying a 70lb backpack 35 years ago! I wish I'd been kinder to my knees back then."

anyone know any good fodder seed (mainly was looking for barley) sellers in southeast area? Been a pain to find anything, best online I've seen is about $50 for 50# bag including shipping
