That looks interesting! What make/model is it? I'm going to be drying apples soon, and I do a LOT of them.I recommended this hanging dehydrator to you about your cherries. It works really well for large amounts of food. I prefer to dehydrate my hops this way and then vacuum seal them. They stay fresh for brewing.
Each layer zips and the whole thing folds down flat.
