What do all y'all think about the real estate market these days?

An older couple had a cat show up to their place and had been feeding it for awhile. They had been looking for the owners and I suggested on a local page that they should have it scanned for a chip. They couldn't take him, so I did. On my way home he looked up at me and just melted my heart. The older couple are leaving in a few weeks for Florida, so this guy would be living outside in the cold. I cannot take him in, but have him in my garage in a large dog crate and I'm treating him for fleas and he is such a sweetheart! I wish I could keep this cat, but my two current fluff babies would hate me lol. For now, he is safe, fed, and chilling. I get out a few times a day to visit and play with him. Working to get him into a foster home, so fingers crossed that will happen soon. Found posts have been circulated and will reach the 10 day mark tomorrow.

Gosh, tho, lookit how cute! And a wonderful cuddly personality to boot!

What do all y'all think about the real estate market these days?

I work for a title company and things aren't great right now. Rates are very high (7-ish %). Word is they will be dropping in the next couple of years.
