Michigan Thread - all are welcome!

If it is ondura, the warranty claims life time, but they won't cover much, no labor and the paint, you may be lucky if it lasts 8-10 years..on the bright side, they'd be happy to sell you more paint which is very expensive.. I would strongly suggest you go with an architectural shingle, they're 30 yr warranty and very forgiving to install. I personally would not recommend Ondura for any kind of structure you want to keep long term.
wow. really? ugh. And here I was all excited about saving around $100, and being done in under an hour! Sheesh. We're hoping to have it dried in by the end of the weekend, but we'll have to see about costs I guess.

All this talk about driving......my uncle live on the curve of a pretty busy road a little outside of town. His mailbox got taken out a LOT. Originally, it was by kids taking a bat to it. So, my uncle filled a mailbox with concrete and mounted it to the post. Never got his box smashed again.

I'm glad we live almost a quarter mile off the road....we've got a lot of stupid young drivers just down the road.

Video instructions are difficult for me. I learn better by actually having someone to show how it is done.  You could come here and show me how to fold them. I figure that 1 or 2 weeks years of lessons and it might stick. :gig

Are you proposing Raz? Lol!!!

Tee- I'm so sorry but so glad it wasn't your kids!

Handsome critters Theron, congratulations.

I have been making my soap for the last year and really like it. Cheap, works great and smells good. I have even made it with a dried out bar of ivory when I ran out and that still worked great.

Today is our big chicken day. My son is in his dress clothes ready to go. The three things he always forgets is Keel, hackle and vulture hocks - he say hawk hocks.

Have a great day!

One thing a person can do each morning to insure that it is going to be a good day is to place two fingers against your neck near your jaw and directly below your ear. If you feel a pulse you will be having a good day. If you don't have have one stay in bed.

Nice photos everyone.

We lost a chicken to a new predator today. people, slow down!

Morning....... had to come to work an hr early.... i'm dragging for now, but looking forward to leaving an hr early too!

I finally think I figured out who's been eating half of all my almost ripe tomatoes....... the Sumatra chickens! I put bird netting over the whole tomato patch yesterday so I hope this will leave some tomatoes for me now! Naughty birds!

Hope everyone has a good day!
