NEVER! I'd put them in the oven at 350 for a little while and while waiting have a beer, when they are back to the perfect crispness I'd polish them off with another few barley pops. maybe watch a good movie like Mountan Men or The Cowboys.

try blue berry's too....I used some frozen blue berry's turned out pretty good....I have a very old plastic de-hydrater, banana chips that you buy in the store are fried.... dehydrated ones are a bit rubbery,,, some like some do not....I wanted to try tomatoes this year,they are supposed to be very good also

I was at a dehydrating class put on by MSU-E recently and they said things should dry from the inside - out. They talked about using a toothpick to poke holes in anything with a thick skin: a single hole in blueberries and two in grapes
