Krisrose got a new Club Cadet tiller this past week end. Man, did I have a good laugh. She calls my hubby cuz she couldn't get it to work right. So, I go along and she shows us how it didn't work right. Started that big baby up and off she flew behind it!! What a laugh I had. Way too much power for Kristen! Hubby and her worked out the details, with my help in Reading the instructions! Suppose to start off with the tines going backwards first.

Nice hot week end. While I got my garden in, DH is using deck Restore on our deck. Think it'll look great when he's done. And hopefully, this will last a few years. Getting tired of having to redo our huge deck every year.

Saddina, welcome to the Michigan thread. I'm sure it won't take very long that when people ask where you live you will be pointing to a spot on your hand.

It is unbelieveable the amount of dust that chickens create and power is the answer for coop cleaning. I have a small access door in the wall of my large fowl coop through which I can shovel the shavings and droppings. The last time I cleaned I put on a dust mask, opened all the doors and windows and fired up the leave blower. For a while it looked as if the coop was on fire as clouds of dust poured out all the openings, but ten minutes later there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere.

I have 3 goslings that need a home. They are American and American-Toulouse cross. We have checked and believe they are female but we are not experts at this. Docile and imprinted on humans. Will make great pets/lawn ornaments.
