You have such nice birds. If you haven't read, I am so in love with the blue cochin (Blueberry) I got from you. All of them are wonderful though. I can't stand that people don't keep track of their dogs. All mine are fenced (invisible) in but my neighbors let theirs roam free and sometimes there is a random dog in my yard. I don't blame you for protecting your flocks. I and my DH would honestly do the same.

my hubby would be far nicer than I would. He knows the girl who owns the labs that wonder all night around here, heS OFFERED TO CUT HER GRASS ETC SINCE SHE DIVORCED AND LIVES OUT HERE IN bfe WITH A SMALL DAUGHTER. sorry bout sticky cap key. I personally would stand in the dri veway with the shotgun and wait for it to pass back by. (I've been really cranky lately )

For your arthritis, you might find that taking 2000-3000 mcg of Vitamin D3 and 1200 mg. of Fish oil DAILY will relieve the pain! Nature's Bounty makes fish oil gel caps that you can get at Walgreens. They are often on sale for 'buy one get one free' and they don't taste fishy or have any side effects! I hope that helps you as much as it has helped me!

Hey, I know I'm jumping in way late on this but I've just been catching up. The reason I find this so hilarious is that I work as a dental hygienist
hide.gif
(hiding from any of you dental phobic people, really I'm an nice person, honest!) Anyway, one of the other hygienists and I both keep chickens, so... if someone walked in here carrying a chicken as a copay... we might take it just to see the expression on our dentist's face! (Although the dentist is a Martha Stewart fan, and lives on a property that would work great with chickens, and even though I've told her Martha says *everyone* should keep chickens... yeah, I'd love to see her face if someone came in carrying a chicken!)

FlyingFChick- Just sent my e-mail to Milford. Thank you for bringing this to all our attention. Hope they will come to their senses soon.

I spent months trying to find a dentist to help my massive dental problems, but no one took my insurance anymore. I was begging and pleading for help. I would have GLADLY given up my chickens for help at one point!!!

would a chicken eat that if they found it??
mine wouldn't touch an earwig today.

I am not entirely sure. They go after anything I drop into the run...my girls would probably eat it JUST to keep it away from all the other girls LOL!
