Here' my poor guy. I put a heat lamp on him for a bit to help warm him up and dry him.
He's still losing some feathers, poor thing.

Ok, I'm home from school now. Did anyone miss me?

Got an education on how to properly propagate a pineapple. I'll write up the details if anyone wants to learn how. They are making quite a few changes at the Conservatory and today was a good overview for us docents.

Then there was "real" school. Fouled up about half my homework for the early class and had software issues with the GIS class so I'm behind right now. No way I'll have the land study done by midnight so it looks like another trip out to campus tomorrow. That's alright though, there is a good biology seminar that I can go to.

Chickies only gave me 1 egg today so I'm quite disappointed in them. Tomorrow I'll check the tent coop just to see if they are hiding eggs.

Well, it's officially beer-thirty and time to unwind. And not do any housework.

How in the world are you people keeping up? I've scanned three times today -- scanned, not read -- and each time there have been multiple pages. Which is about par for the course lately. I can't even imagine how long it would take if I were actually reading them all. And I thought I was a quick reader.

I was thinking I'd get caught up tonight once I had everything else finished up but it's so not happening. My mind just wants to veg out.

Are most of you retired / unemployed?? Or just really proficient forum readers/posters?? Or BOTH?! LOL! Whatever it is you're kicking my butt!

Both. I am not working much as my boss is able to do more milking as he is not busy with other things. I am just a back-up. But on the good side, I am able to sleep in and keep up with you guys. Also, trying to finish the homemade feeders done for the chickens too.
