Not quite, I have 2 little giant full of eggs, and a hova just for hatching. Maybe you can hatch them for me, and I can help you with the sand, when I pick up the chicks when they have hatched?

Daron, I would glad to hatch them for you. We have sand but till the tractor is fixed, no way to move it. Besides, we have to wait till the ground thaws and dries because the runs that need it are not covered.So you are off the hook, I am not going to put you to work

Hillbilly......cool pic of the chicks in the incubator. How many do you have in there? Looks like 18.

I have 10 Delaware and I think 21 Icelandics.

I am awaking thankful this morning having been reminded of what is important. For those of you who are praying folks, our neighbors, Duane and Peg Swenor's home burnt down last night. They are a retired couple, he has some disabilities. They were both burnt although he is much worse. He is headed down state to a big hospital but I'm not sure were. I could kick myself sometimes for going around ungrateful until I am reminded in some big way that what I'm dealing with is nothing at all.

HH - love the chicks, Mine are a week old and I'm already trying to decide when I can get away with setting more! Chicks are very addicting.

Ok who was it with the green roses? I thought of you because my DH brought me home a beautiful green rose last night.

Mutt, I actually picked that up yesterday at a fabric store. It was right next to a diamond shaped ruler I needed to get. I saw it and told my sister that that would be great to use on my incubator. She just rolled her eyes

It's just a handle with suction cups.

So glad to see so many chicks hatching and beautiful lambs. Almost makes me wish for another broody to put eggs under.

Ran home for a bit to grab some lunch and to check my little flock. I think I'll give them some oatmeal & grapes for a snack.

RB - Congrats on the twins and trips, but you've got to stop that. You're making me antsy for babies and we won't have any here until March.

What was your overnight count?

None overnight but a set of twins this morning. Mother would only take one so now I have ANOTHER bottle lamb. 4 bottle lambs total. Sheese.
And I HATE bottle feeding.
