The tree is between the sidewalk and the street so it is technically city property. The mums were on "her" side of the imaginary line. I'll ask the ordinance guy on Friday. Maybe point out a few other things....

That's funny. My ex-GF used to say the same thing.

Lmbo.....but really, her antics made me think of grade school, you know when the little boy has a crush on a little girl and to get noticed always pulls her pony tails, steal her pencils, call her names....etc....only the roles are reversed here(he,he,he), maybe she's reverting back to her childhood....she sure is acting childish.

RaZ, you pay property taxes to the street. The space between the sidewalk and the street is your property, HOWEVER, the city has right of way. I only found that kinda crap out when I refused to mow the lawn on that side of the sidewalk for some stupid reason. Had to do with the flowers I had planted between tulip time and fall. The city tore them up early, like at the of September. It wasn't the city, but their contractors who were getting a jump on the schedule. Not supposed to have been torn out until the end of october. SO, I didn't mow. City gave me a notice. I gave them a call. Pitched a fit and got the evil low down. I may have owned that space, payed taxes on that space, have to maintain that space, but the City could do what ever they wanted to that space. Yup. Politics are grand. SO, no, she can not remove things from your property even if it is in the City's right of way.

The chicks in the brooder are certainly feeling the spring. They are springing all over the place trying to establish pecking order. The silver laced Wyandottes are the major instigators. Only the BSLs are calm, almost to the point of being aloof.

I noticed that about my wyandottes & bsl also, I thought it was just mine! Must be a breed thing?

I came home from getting the fence and saw that she dug up the mums I planted out by the tree she is itching about.

I cannot believe this woman. Ive been reading about your troubles and she is being so ridiculous.

Maybe she secretly has a thing for Raz and don't know what to do about it, all these emotions bottled up inside!! Could be a possibility.

So I almost have the outside of my coop all painted now. Had only one side left before I ran out of daylight so hopefully the weather is still good tomorrow so I can finish it! Took my chickens out to my tilled garden while I painted nearby and they had a ball running around crazy and eating mosquitos and various other things for a few hours. I thought they'd be pooped out and go to sleep when I brought them in but nope! They are still peeping like crazy.

Oh good, I'm glad I'll have another day or so of good weather to finish that up! I want to get the grass seed watered that I put down in my chicken yard (ran out of light tonight). Also want to get the inside of the coop done! Still a few weeks til they'll be exclusively out there, dont know why im in such a hurry lol.
