Good Morning, another day without snow. Lots to do today, maybe I can stay focused if I keep the computer turned off.

Good Morning everyone!
Today is my youngest baby's birthday- she is eleven. I am letting her have a slumber party on Saturday. First one ever- and wow! is my 13 year old jealous. To hear her talk, I never let her have any fun, do anything, etc...I must keep her chained to her bed in the dungeon, lol.

I have miracle babies in the incubator!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
These are survivors of the 113 degree temps! I had three Egyptian Fayoumis hatch, one cuckoo marans, two silkies, so far. Really a mess though- I had one turken zip, then die. what the heck? I have a turken pipping and a Cuckoo Marans pipping. That is it, I believe. OUT of thirty eggs. I am excited that these ones survived, little hellions' lol! The Eygptians are the prettiest babies- they are light & dark brown, grey and yellow- like camoflauge. very nice.

I have a mandatory staff meeting today, and then later on my 13 year old has a band concert. busy day! Everyone have a great one!

Good Morning to all! Busy day for me. Day to go to Lansing and pick up 3 grand daughters this morning and one after school and just do what ever with them. My day to bond. Usually have lots of fun with them, but boy, it's a long day. Won't be home till about 8pm. We use to have lunch with their mommies and daddies, but you know how the kids act up when the parents are there. So, my oldest daugher and I stopped having lunch with them! Lots easier.

Got my exersicing in this morning. Boy am I sore from yesterday's workout...must of done something right finally!!!

Got Rachel's flock of 2 year old hens sold over the phone. They are suppose to come early next week. I cannot wait, our month olds are getting too big for the stock tank! Plus we need the stock tank for the bator is due to hatch on April 2.

The rooster I have been trying to get rid of may go back to the kid who bought it then moved and couldn't take it with him. They moved again and want him back. I told her the sooner the better!

The kids had fun at the Awana Grand Prix last night. My only complaint on the night is we were all suppose to be there at 6pm and racing at 6:15ish. Racing didn't get started until almost 7pm. There were 2 families that weren't on time and they waited for them...they do wait every year for the folks that forget about the early start time.....my pet peeve. So people got upset that the kids weren't behaving at 8:30 while they were trying to finish up the races. Gretchen made it to the finals in the Sparkie group and was 4th. One of our cousins should of been in the TNT finals, but somhow a number got written in the wrong spot. Josh was bummed and everyone just wanted to go home, so they didn't rerun those finals.
