Geeze Raz. It's really hard to call you evil when you let ducks swim in your sink. I guess I need ducks next year and turkey and broilers. Ahhhh!

DH and I got the fence up! Ran out of poultry fence to go along the bottom so I need 100'. Grrr! Our pen ended up 65x50...that makes about 3200 sqft for the little chicks. They were so happy.

I never said I was evil. Juise did just the other day. Which also seconds what my Mom said when I was born.

If my dear Mom knew I had ducks in my sink, she would be having a major fit.

Lol!!! Hey, you're talking to a girl who's dad let ducks and geese swim in his POOL before it was up and running for the year!

Juise just wants ducks. ;)

Raz, I can understand you looking forward to the Uggos starting to lay however I would strongly suggest that you not plan on hatching any eggs from them. Since they are a hybrid creature is might result in an even more bizarre genetic throwback.

Good lord Opa, like a croc? Lol!!! Maybe I need some uggos! No, no I don't. *runs screaming while looking back hoping some are following*

Stacy, how exciting to be hatching out your own chicks.
Final count, 5 blue and black orps, and 3 silkies - one each black, white and buff

Congratulations on the new chicks!

X2

Grandma, your daughter is so pretty.
Thank you. Of course I am the mom and so I think she is perfect.... but that is not rational either.

I hear you there. Fortunately I don't have a roo. At least I don't think so. The one silver laced wyandotte is still suspect but I'm pretty sure he is a she.

When M2M stopped by the other day, she was surprised to see how big the Uggos were. They are nearly as big as my Buff Orp and their sire was a banty.

Sadly, these girls are sooo ugly. I will not be groping them.
