Yeah they also like pee!! My fiance pees outside when we are doing yardwork or outside and the chickens will come up and like peck at the puddle its GROSS and he does it because I freak out because the chickens are like playing in his pee!!

Um, if he comes to CS, there are toilets there. Just saying...

I am going to Livonia again tomorrow, so if you can get them to me before noonish, I'm happy to drive them to Mom2.

Finally decided on names for the Uggos from M2


As much as I didn't want an Uggo, I'm so glad mom pushed this one on me - I named her "Mrs. Robinson" because she's very beautiful and yet it seems awkward to find her so... lol.





This is little guy that got me roped into the Uggo business, since Mrs Robinson was the "extra in my "I know you only want one, but here's another one for you" from Mom2, lol) So, yeah... I'm pretty sure this dude is a dude. Right? Anyway, his name is "The Doctor". If you know what that means we can be friends. Even if you don't, we can still be friends. We just won't watch TV together.





Shoot. I feel like there was something else I needed to mention, and I've forgotten. Bummer.

Yeah...ME lol she's a loner I don't know what she is so I don't know where to find another one lol Yeah she like whistles instead of the usual chicken noise I really cant explain it and I really can't mimick it i'll try to get a recording of it but she's soooo quiet I don't know if I can get it recorded!!

I see you have other chickens. If she is too shy to be with them, does she enjoy seeing them?

No, it cant be a boy...because it looks identical to its mom. Why are you making it a boy? they couldn't ALL be boys.

I've been so dang busy the last few days! Tomorrow will be no different. SO much to do outside. DH is the boys to MIS for the Father's Day Nascar race and I politely declined. I've been before and it was just as boring(FOR ME) as watching it on TV. But the boys are so excited and I'm glad he's taking them for some daddy bonding time.

My daughter was showing off your tattoo today.
AND- would you like to come over and deliver plants for me? Husband is a cripple and all, and is completely incapable of doing anything except bringing his glass and fork to his mouth and changing channels with the remotes.

I have plenty of flies for everyone. Would anyone like me to bag some of those up for you?

Here's a better shot - The comb looks a lot like the silkie I had ages ago that ended up being a roo. Hopefully I'm wrong. Actually, I think my husband is hoping for him to be a roo. He's intrigued with the idea of having one. Needs to balance all the estrogen strutting around the yard, I guess? Also MOM2 - I think you told me, but I can't remember- Is this chick a NN/Silkie mix too (with no NN showing?) or a silkie mix of some other sort?

oh I remember now... I was thinking about Chickenstock last year and there was someone there with a beautiful goose following them around the whole time. Who was that? I think that's what started my duck obsession. I know for sure I can't have a goose in my backyard (right??? lol), but a duck or two might work.

That was MY kid, Kayla- and Penelope goose following her around everywhere...
*sigh* I love them. I miss my Goosers so so so much.
