still have a ## of posts to catch up on thought I would answer ? first..... I think you have fever few,,,,my chickens don't touch it... I have it in the run. One of the writers in the Back yard poultry, I think Susan Burek an Herbalist Moonlight Mile Herb Farm,MI that said it is good for keeping bugs out of the coop, that Sweet Annie and something else, ?? she hangs it in the coop and crushes it and spreads it on the floor. After it flowers it well spread seed every were if you let it. cut before it goes to seed if you don't want it to spread I let it grow were ever it wants then cut it down when it gets a couple feet tall. if you cut back it will get bushy it is also used for head aches fresh and dried in a tea.Just got done watering the landscaping and noticed the temp is slowly rising. For you south of here it's probably already more noticable.
Snowflake: Questions....the plant that you so kindly gave me @ CS, it repels bugs & mesquitoes. Can i put it in the chicken coop? Would it be harmful if one decided to nibble on it?? I can always place outside of the coop if so.
