M2A-No giving up! I agree with the others, lock the gate, yell at the kid, kick the dogs, hold you head up, say a prayer and get back up on that chicken! It will be ok

We are mixing up a new batch of laundy soap and catching up on laundry today!

I have already been to Walmart (groceries and party supplies), the feed store (chickens have food again and the car parts store (got new wiper blades)

Had a scheduled day off of exersicing, but got a late start. The 2 year woke up just as the alarm went off.

So off to finish putting the groceries away.

Well, I called Family Farm today and they had a fresh shipment of chicks! My friend that I gave the 4 mutt chicks to said that she would like 2 BO and 2 BR soooo...... I had to go get those. Some how we ended up with 11 in our box. We got her 4 Plus we got 4 silver laced wyandottes, 1 RIR, and my DD couldn't decide between two bantams so she got both!

I had to move the bigger chicks into the little coop with a light. My broody BO Milly is in there on 10 eggs too.
I think I have 48 chicks and chickens right now!

I may need an intervention!
