Good morning. What a crappy day -- another snowy (Yes snow), sleety, rainy day Yuck!

Of course I have the week off. Also I cracked my eggs today. Saturday was 21 days. Once wasn't developed the other fully formed. Kinda sad. Maybe if.... At least with all the problems I had, I did get this far. There might be hope for the 2 duck eggs in there, due on Sunday.
Also went turkey hunting with DH and DS yesterday. Same kind of weather but we saw a lot of birds. DH went this am. Hope he gets one. They sure taste good.

morning all! I have a newb question. I have read on this site and a few others about mucking the yard or pen for ducks? Does mucking mean cleaning it out? Do you hose the ground with water or what not sure. Also how often would u with 4 ducks and 2 geese. And when im done do i add anything to it? Oh yea and would this be a good practice for my chicken run?

Hey Staples! mucking is good for the run, but even just raking will be beneficial to spread the 'yuck' around.

Good morning all. Coffee in hand, and trying to figure out what to do today. Probably not much but lay around I suppose.

Nice pictures of the nest boxes and chickens. I need to find my charger for my camera so I can post a few too. We had three Seramas hatch and one pipped last night. They are all different looking too.

MJ - Did you set those eggs yet? Also, thanks for finding Raigan's butterfly. Salyna and I were laughing when we saw that yesterday. Looks like we need another trip to your house. You can surely call to talk to Salyna about a cake. PM me and I'll give you her email and phone #.

Also, what time is everyone heading to the Imlay City show? We'll be going, just to look of course, and it would be great to see other BYC'ers there. I second the name tag idea.
