Boy today sure was a long day. I had to go to a couple of jobs and when I finished I put a big push on to finish the garden. Hope mowed the lawn for me and afer supper came out and help me with the planting. It was pushing dark thirty when I quit but it's done. Looks great and it's a nice feeling to have it finished.

Good morning everyone! What no one on and its 6:00am. What's everyone doing this weekend? We're going to camp to get with friends and family over the weekend. Its one of the few times I ever cook! Nothing fancy, but lots of it all weekend.
Bunny died last night. My DS took it better then I thought.
The sheriff has positively ID'd the thieves, but they're aren't in jail because they didn't admit it. Tuesday, sheriff is meeting with the DAs from Menominee and Marinette WI counties to bring them in. I did find out their names and that they are brothers. Wait til I get ahold of them and they won't worry about jail!!!

All the pictures and talk about hummers and gardening makes me impatient to start. Because we are so close to the Bay, we normally start gardens after Memorial Day. I've started planting some of the hardier plants, but most veggies will be next week.

On Monday, the little town where my DH's family's from puts on a wonderful memorial at the local cemetaries. Its nice because everyone from the surrounding area comes. All local veterans are invited to march down the boulevard. When its time for the moment of silence, all you hear is the wind and everyones' thoughts.

We are putting our garden in next weekend. It has been too wet down this way, so far.

Morning everyone!!! what a nice day I think i beat everyone up I've been up since 2:30am our shih tzu decided to have her pups that late!!! her last one came around 8:30 this morning. Thought i was gonna get alot done outside in the coop today but i think i might veg out for a while. Got some awsome pics!! 5 are spoken for but i have 2 more available. most of them are solid blacks, and one tri color. AKC champion bloodline. their is also a best in show in there pedagree. I do have one more female that will have a litter in a week but i have about 3 or 4 people interested. we dont let them go until 8 weeks or so. because we potty train, kennel train, and try to socalize them as much as possible with our big out side dogs, cats, kids, and all the chickens and stuff. Well other than that I hope everyone has a good day and a nice holiday weekend.
