I love the warm welcome here! I have 3 turkeys....one is a royal palm hen and then I have a pair of Michigan wild turkey. My Tom (Egor) loves (literally!) the royal palm hen, Gabby. They're actively breeding right now and darn proud of it so I've got 7 eggs in the bater from them and a few of them might be from the other hen as well. My RP hen, Gabby, has been very broody these last few days so I'm going to let her start sitting on the eggs as well since my husband refuses to eat turkey eggs

So hopefully I'll have a bunch of calico turkeys next month!

Hi Maya! When are we going to have a play date with you and Hannah....tell your mommy to get on that!

Hi Jen! You're the lady I need to talk too!

Hopefully I will see you around though because I want to know more about those Hares!

Edited to add... I've been looking into those Nubian Dwarf Milking goats.... are those the same ones you're looking into? I'd love to find someone who has some so I can meet them in person.... and hopefully bring my DH over to the darkside LOL He currently is not a goat fan

Hello Again, and Happy St. Patty's Day. A green beer would be nice, but don't think it will happen tonight.

Cathy - Thanks for the Irish band link. I like that kind of music and will check them out.

Here is a little taste of our trip. It was great to come home to no snow.

These guys were like our squirrels there......they are everywhere

Got to see some Crocs. down the road at the lagoon..

Lots of birds, but never saw a chicken. The peahens would come through the restaurant when I made my chicken noises..

And of course the male would come and get treats from me too...

Then the flamingo had to come check us out (same restaurant)

It finally feels like spring up here!!!!

57. 3 degrees!!!! Warmest day so far this year. The chickens and guineas are loving it, there is actual ground visible with dead leaves to scratch through. Even the guineas are laying eggs, too.

Looking forward to 60!!!

Waving hello to everyone again!!

Derek---very nice vacations pics. The peacock looks gorgeous.

I love the little bunnies in the one post!!! BYC is supposed to mean back yard chickens, but I think it can also stand for Bunnies--You're Cute!!!

Welcome to Jen and tpflabs! Newaygo is not to far from me! Awesome town!

Those vacation pics are great, looks like you had a great time!

I know it is very nice out today, but one of my daycare kids came with short shorts, a tank top, and flip flops to wear! No joke! Are you kidding me?!?!! She has a sweatshirt, but its not that warm! We went outside anyway, but she was freezing! Guess I will have to say something to her mom.

Oh thanks for listening to my little rant....sorry I'll try not to do that again.
